Business Development & SalesIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for laboratory testing servicesPromote lab services to industries such as chemicals, fertilizers, food, agriculture, environment, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturingGenerate leads, conduct client meetings, and close service contractsAchieve revenue targets and support long-term growth strategiesPrepare commercial proposals, quotations, and agreementsClient & Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clientsAct as the primary liaison between clients and laboratory technical teamsUnderstand client testing requirements and recommend suitable lab servicesEnsure customer satisfaction and repeat businessMarket & Strategy DevelopmentConduct market research to identify new sectors, services, and pricing opportunitiesMonitor competitor activities and industry trendsSupport development of new testing capabilities based on market demandParticipate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry eventsInternal Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with laboratory operations, quality, and technical teamsEnsure smooth onboarding of new clients and servicesMaintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and client recordsPrepare regular performance, forecast, and market reports for managementDesignation: Business Development - LabDepartment: SalesReporting To: VP – Business Development & SalesEligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales within laboratory, testing, inspectionStrong understanding of laboratory testing processes and quality standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
