In addition to listing our own supplier products, we plan to offer warehouse space and fulfilment solutions to multiple industries.We are looking for a Business Development Executive with proven experience in warehouse leasing, fulfilment centres or logistics services who can drive occupancy and onboard clients and build long-term business partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard clients across various industries for warehouse space, storage, and fulfilment servicesDevelop and execute business development strategies to maximize warehouse occupancy and revenueApproach manufacturers, distributors, traders, e-commerce companies and logistics partnersConduct client meetings, site visits and presentations to showcase warehouse capabilitiesNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts and service-level agreementsCoordinate with operations, warehouse and finance teams for smooth client onboardingMonitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategiesMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and upsellingPrepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates and forecastsRequired Experience & Skills24 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within:Fulfilment centersWarehousing & storage solutionsLogistics / 3PL servicesStrong understanding of:Warehouse leasing modelsStorage pricing structuresFulfilment and inventory handling processesExcellent negotiation, communication and presentation skillsAbility to independently generate leads and close dealsFamiliarity with the Abu Dhabi / UAE industrial and logistics market is a strong advantageProficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsIf anyone is interested please share your CV to#J-18808-Ljbffr
