Business Development Executive - UAEN

<div><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>You will be responsible for the promotion&approval of SKM products with Ministries, Owners, and Project Developers. You will coordinate with the Business Development Manager on listing&approval requirement. The right personnel will drive Business strategy in the region with Country Manager&Business Development Manager.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.</li><li>Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting customers.</li><li>Discovers and explores business opportunities.</li><li>Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.</li><li>Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.</li><li>Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.</li><li>Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.</li><li>Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.</li><li>Generate leads and cold calls to prospective customers.</li><li>Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.</li><li>Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.</li><li>Have a good understanding of the businesses' products and services and be able to advise customers about the same.</li><li>Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.</li><li>Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.</li><li>Getting approval of SKM Brand with Ministries&Governments Developments.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Qualification</h3><ul><li>2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>HVAC or Air Condition experience is preferable.</li><li>Presentable and techno-commercially sound to develop and deal with customers.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
