The role is execution‑focused and suitable for a junior professional with hands‑on experience in financial services or exchange houses. It is an external sales role focused on acquiring new companies through client meetings, enhancing engagement, and winning mandates.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesAcquire new corporate clients, particularly companies using WPS for payroll distribution and processingAssist in achieving assigned sales and onboarding targetsSource and follow up on leads to maintain an active sales pipelineSupport sales presentations, client meetings, and roadshows as requiredBuild and maintain relationships with clients to increase usage and retentionCollect and share client feedback to support product and service improvementsAct as a brand ambassador for myZoi in the assigned territoryClient Onboarding & Process SupportSupport smooth and timely onboarding of clientsEnsure completeness and accuracy of onboarding and KYC documentsCoordinate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product) for onboarding and issue resolutionEnsure all customer documents are handled confidentially and as per company policyFollow approved timelines for submission of forms and documentsSupport due diligence requirements related to CDD and AML, as per compliance policiesProcess & ReportingUpdate sales pipeline, MI, and reports within required timelinesMaintain basic client and prospect databasesEnsure timely submission of sales and activity reportsEscalate client or process‑related issues to the relevant teams when requiredPeople & Self‑DevelopmentDemonstrate a willingness to learn sales processes, fintech products, and regulatory basicsImprove communication, relationship management, and time management skillsStay updated on basic trends in fintech, payroll, and financial servicesFollow company policies related to AML, CDD, and customer onboardingExercise due care and diligence in daily sales and onboarding activitiesMaintain zero tolerance for fraud or mis‑sellingEscalate any identified risks or concerns promptlyKey StakeholdersBusiness Development TeamOperations & Service TeamsCompliance (CFCC)Product TeamExternal Clients and PartnersKey Requirements2–3 years of experienceExperience in exchange houses, payroll fintech, WPS services, payroll solutions, payroll processing, and financial services (preferred)Experience working with WPS / salary processing clients is a strong advantageFamiliarity with onboarding documentation and compliance basicsUAE Driving License (mandatory) & carPrefer candidates based in or familiar with the Northern EmiratesGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf‑motivated, organized, and execution‑focusedAt myZoi we strive to create a both a product and a team that embraces equality, inclusion, diversity, and freedom.
