Our goal is to help students become confident and successful in todays world. About the Role As a Business Development Executive, you will talk to parents and students who have already attended a demo class. Your job is to understand their needs, explain our programs clearly, answer their questions, and help them enroll. You will manage the complete sales process from the first call to final enrollment. Your Responsibilities Call and connect with 6070 interested leads daily Conduct video counseling sessions with parents and students Explain our courses in a simple and clear way Handle questions and doubts confidently Follow up regularly to close enrollments Achieve weekly sales targets Ensure a smooth onboarding process after enrollment Attend regular training sessions to improve your sales skills What We Offer Only warm leads (no cold calling) Complete training and support Fixed salary + performance incentives Growth opportunities within the company A positive and energetic work environment Skills Required Good communication skills (Hindi & English) Confidence in speaking and convincing people Target-focused and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using CRM tools Positive attitude and willingness to learn Eligibility 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate Comfortable working from office
