About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the UAE. You will play a key role in driving business growth within the HR Tech Fintech and Recruitment sectors by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the HR Tech Fintech and Recruitment sectors.Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors and client needs.Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals pitches and presentations.Negotiate terms close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and networking sessions.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.3 to 5 years experience in business development preferably in HR Tech Fintech or Recruitment.Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.Fluency in English; additional European languages will be an advantage.UAE market experience is preferred.BenefitsCompetitive salary plus performance-based commissions.Annual leave and UAE labor law benefits.Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced innovative industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
