Job Description Business Development Executive | IntrnForte | Bangalore (On-site) Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven (Business Development Executive (BDE)to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our innovative technology training programs. Key Responsibilities:- * Drive weekly and monthly revenue through proactive sales of our training programs. * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, identify learning needs, and recommend suitable solutions. * Convert leads into successful enrollments while meeting daily and weekly targets. * Manage pre-sales communication and ensure a smooth customer experience. * Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales data * Requirements:- *1 year of experience in any sales or (preferably in EdTech). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English. * Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Comfortable with telesales and lead conversion. * Graduate in any discipline with good computer proficiency (MS Office).
