<div><p>BayanTech is currently looking for a Business Development Executive to drive the companys growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prospect and target new clients/opportunities.</li><li>Build and maintain an active pipeline.</li><li>Achieve assigned revenue quota.</li><li>Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.</li><li>Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, emails, etc.</li><li>Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.</li><li>Identify, prepare, and submit tenders in alignment with company objectives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>2:3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the translation and localization industry</li><li>Fluency in English is a must.</li><li>Motivated to work with a target.</li><li>Solid experience with CRM software</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
