OverviewAs a Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the Middle East. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships and contributing to revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and ProspectingIdentify potential clients and key decisionmakers within target industries.Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs.Create a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals and market intelligence.Client Acquisition and Relationship BuildingInitiate contact with potential clients through direct outreach, cold calls and emails.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.Business Development StrategyDevelop and execute business development plans aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales, marketing and technical) to drive growth.Identify new revenue streams and explore expansion opportunities.Sales and Revenue GenerationMeet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing contracts.Negotiate terms and pricing with clients.Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.Self-Driven and Results-OrientedAs a self-starter you should proactively seek out opportunities and take ownership of your targets.Demonstrate resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and overcoming challenges.Track and report progress regularly to management.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelors degree (MBA preferred).23 years of experience in business development or corporate sales.Background in IT sales is highly desirable.Consulting firm experience is a plus.Skills and AttributesExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth areas.Negotiation and closing skills.Adaptability and cultural awareness in a diverse market.#J-18808-Ljbffr
