ABAC Certification was created to educate, equip, and support the world’s leading business organisations with the latest in best-practice due diligence processes and procedures, providing world-class anti-bribery and Anti-Corruption, compliance and risk management solutions to organisations seeking to validate or expand their existing compliance frameworks to maintain a competitive edge in the world marketplace.About the Job:The core objective of this position is to develop business; acquire new customers and sell our products or services to existing ones and to new clients. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing new and existing client relationships across the UAE and capabilities to meet the financial goals of the company. He will report to Regional Business Development Manager. He/She will bring an enthusiastic customer-focused methodology that will be a big part of CRI Group’s values. Furthermore, we are expecting a wealth of experience to create and manage successful go-to-market representations and approaches those cross numerous disciplines which will make an instantaneous impact on our capability to reach out and capture new business in UAE market.Responsibilities:Identify opportunities/market leads across public and private sector organizations.Responsible for the entire sales cycle starting from finding the lead to closing the dealDevelop and manage minimum number of effective meetings on monthly basisPrepare quarterly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansionTo continuous update the centralized database (a CRM system specifically HubSpot) with key decision makers’ contact detailsIdentify and nurture partnership opportunities with public and private sector organizations including but not limited to regulatory bodies, chambers & international missionsTo ensure high visibility within market by developing a good rapport with trade group association including but not limited to events, trade shows, board positions electionsDevelop relationships with those contacts through social media, e-alerts and proposed meetings either at their locations or via trade events.Represent the company at events, trade association meetings, public forums, seminars to promote services.To keep he abreast of events happening in the region relevant to our industry and target audience.Act as lead contact for assigned Requests for Proposals (RFPs)/Requests for Information (RFIs)Ensure that pricing for all opportunities is appropriateWork with our Customer Onboarding team to ensure that new business contracts are implemented seamlessly • Achieve targets as set out in the sales quota plan by actively seeking opportunities to increase revenue growthBuild relationships with prospective clientsMaintain consistent contact with existing clientsAnalyze market and establish competitive advantagesTrack metrics to ensure targets are hitAbout You:3 years of experience as a business development or salesMust be from the industry of anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Risk Management and Compliance Management, Investigative Research ServicesMust know strategic sales planning principles and best practicesExcellent communication and people skillsStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesBBA/MBA in business administration or relevant disciplineAbility to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectivelyBe able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.Proactive, creative and problem solverHigh accountable & responsibleMust have relationship building skillsMust have networking skillsWhy CRI Group:CRI Group will help you in shaping your journey through enriching global experiences, learning and development opportunities and exposure to different assignments within your role.We offer diverse career paths for those who are extraordinary every day.The opportunity to work somewhere with pride and to be able to honestly say, “My work is contributing to Eradicate Corrupt Practices in Businesses.”A work culture that emphasizes the individual, offering flexible working solutions, work-life bal
