Your main goal will be to focus on capturing large accounts, nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads and skillfully converting them into profitable proposals and contracts that align with our company's goals.We can't wait to have you on board as we embark on this thrilling sales adventure together!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region, hunt large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets and turn them into proposals and contractsDevelop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospects' needs and priorities and ultimately provide workable solutionsDevelop Rules Cube's sales strategic planManagement of customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums and amendmentsWork closely with cross functional teams to ensure customer requirements are metStay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies and competitive landscape.RequirementsOver 5 years of experience in selling Digital Transformation solutionsPrevious work experience in digital transformation consulting firms or clientsAble to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needsBeing able to understand and explain technical terms in a way that is easy to understand by client executivesProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareAbility to negotiate commercial contractsExcellent communication skills and empathy; able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate themProven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation and closing new businessBachelor's degree in a related fieldNice to HaveStrong technical background (education and/or experience)Excellent level of EnglishRequired Experience: Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
