Job Description The role focuses on business development, customer engagement, and sales support within the building materials sector. The primary responsibility is to identify and generate new business opportunities by engaging with architects, interior designers, builders, and other potential clients across regional territories. The candidate will develop and maintain strong B2B relationships , attend industry events, conduct market research, and stay updated with trends to drive growth. On the customer interaction side, the role involves welcoming and guiding clients at showrooms or the factory, showcasing products, providing detailed quotations, coordinating order dispatch, and assisting post-delivery to ensure proper installation and collect feedback. Collaboration with the marketing team is expected for lead generation through branding, social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives, while maintaining organized records of all client interactions. In sales support , the candidate will visit stores, train and coordinate with sales teams, and assist showroom operations as needed. Educational and experience requirements include a Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or related areas. Prior experience in the construction or building materials industry is advantageous.
