Job Description

Sell corporate training programs certification courses and customized learning solutions to companies and government entitiesIdentify and develop new corporate accounts (HR L&D Procurement and business leaders)Conduct client meetings to understand training needs and propose suitable programsPrepare and present training proposals quotations and commercial offersNegotiate pricing and close training contractsBuild and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat businessMaintain accurate sales pipeline and client recordsCoordinate with training operations for smooth program deliveryMeet and exceed monthly and annual training sales targetsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of proven experience in corporate training sales (mandatory)Strong understanding of professional training solutions (technical soft skills leadership certifications etc.)Existing corporate network in Abu Dhabi preferredExcellent communication presentation and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with strong closing abilityValid UAE driving license mandatoryBachelors degree preferredBenefitsHealth InsuranceHighest Commission in the Training IndustryAnnual Ticket to Home CountryEmployment Visa Key Skills Business Development,Sales Experience,B2B Sales,Marketing,Cold Calling,Sales Pipeline,Salesforce,Inside Sales,Customer relationship management,CRM Software,negotiation,Lead Generation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
