Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3 to 5 years of experience in driving business growth and acquiring new projects within the UAE market. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and projects across the UAE region.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities within the UAE market.Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and digital platforms.Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and client pitches.Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of projects.Maintain and track the sales pipeline, ensuring timely reporting and updates.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.Prior experience working in or handling the UAE/GCC market is preferred.Demonstrated success in acquiring projects and achieving revenue targets.Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and client expectations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Business development & lead generationStrong communication and negotiation skillsMarket intelligence and strategic thinkingClient relationship managementTarget-driven and self-motivated approachAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWhat We’re Looking ForA driven professional with a strong network and understanding of the UAE business landscape, capable of managing the full business development lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
