The role will lead conceptualization, feasibility, investment structuring, development, sales, and delivery, ensuring alignment with market demand and national development priorities.</p><h3>Profile Summary</h3><p>For the Real Estate Arm company want to take the next leap and want to engage with Professionals can Lead Conceptualization, Planning, Develop Financing Modals, Project Development, Sales, Delivery of large-scale Real Estate Projects. The Development shall alight with the Saudi Arabia vision 2030.</p><h3>Job Relations</h3><p>Internal: CEO / COO</p><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Full Time</p><p>Male / Female</p><h3>Location</h3><p>Kingdom of Saudi Arabia</p><h3>Job Responsibility</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute real estate development strategy aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.</li><li>Identify and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities across KSA.</li><li>Lead land acquisition strategy, sourcing, and negotiations.</li><li>Conduct market research, demand analysis, and feasibility studies.</li><li>Develop financial models including ROI, IRR, and NPV analysis.</li><li>Secure funding through banks, investors, and financial institutions.</li><li>Lead project conceptualization and master planning.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, architects, and planners on design development.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and authorities.</li><li>Lead pre-development activities including due diligence and approvals.</li><li>Drive full business cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.</li><li>Negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, and contracts.</li><li>Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.</li><li>Define pricing strategies and product positioning.</li><li>Monitor sales performance and revenue generation.</li><li>Oversee project execution in coordination with engineering and PM teams.</li><li>Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.</li><li>Manage project handover and customer satisfaction processes.</li><li>Oversee post-development asset management and property operations.</li><li>Build and lead high-performing development and sales teams.</li><li>Establish KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks.</li><li>Identify risks and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor of Civil/Architecture Engineering or Equivalent. MBA will be an added advantage.</li><li>Proven Track record of working in the domain of Real Estate end to end Development with at least 12~15 years in a Leadership Role.</li><li>Have been involved in the development of Large Scale, Multistory Complexes, Villa / Town House Complex, Commercial Complex featuring various Amenities from scratch to finish.</li><li>Knowledge on Nity / Gritty on the details of real estate development but not limited to Conceptualization, Development, Sales Strategies, Marketing, Sales, Delivery.</li><li>Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills</li><li>Ability to understand Market Demand, Feasibility and Viabilities of Nature and types of Projects requirement.</li><li>Able to Create and develop the entire end of end team for feasibility, planning, financing Modal, Marketing, Sales Strategies, Sales, Handing over Process and Post Occupancy Maintenance.</li><li>Experience in Management of Properties post sales and occupancy is an added advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of Arabic Language is Desirable.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
