With unmatched access to UK healthcare data and specialist data science expertise, our consultants are a driving force for delivering positive and meaningful change.About the roleAs a Business Development Consultant, you will support CF’s Health Systems practice by supporting the end-to-end business development activities and processes to manage and grow the practice.This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager, Partners and consulting and corporate teams to ensure business development efforts align to the Health System practice strategy and client needs to support our growth.If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your expertise in business development and consulting focused in the healthcare sector, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact.2+ years of experience in business development, business analyst, project management, proposal/technical writing, or a related roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearlyStrong project management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office productsExperience with CMap, or CRM systems advantageousMust be fluent in ArabicResponsibilitiesYou will assist in identifying and tracking opportunities, managing the pipeline, maintaining the CRM, managing bid resources, supporting content development for proposals, knowledge management, standardisation, drafting contracts, and ensuring smooth processes across the practice.Assist in developing detailed, professional proposal documents that articulate CF's products, services, and unique valueResearch and track future work opportunities that align with the objectives of CFEffectively coordinate bid opportunities, including organising meetings, managing the storage of updates and clarifications, and uploading tender responses and queriesManage our CRM by logging new opportunities, capturing key information about each opportunity, and recording and coding feedback we receive following bid submissionProvide bid support and administration to the Business Development Manager and bid teams for Health SystemsCreate bid mobilisation documents, lodge clarification questions, complete bid compliance documents in line with client requirements, proof read, submit proposals via client online portals, collate CVs, case studies and other materials for proposals as neededSupport knowledge management through file management, templatisation of materials and collation of best-practice materials for future useProvide timely updates on the business development function to the SLT and wider business development function as neededLeverage our CRM, CMap and other CF tools to build and maintain a robust repository of response content and bid enablement materialsIdentify gaps and provide insights to enhance our proposal strategy based on customer feedbackCoordinate inputs for the Practice governance cycle, including supporting developing the strategyWe offer a competitive and flexible reward package designed to support you at work and beyond it.
