The ideal candidate is proactive, target‑driven, and capable of managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to finalizing job orders. You should have excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills, be able to work independently as well as with internal teams, and be eager to explore new markets and consistently grow the business.
