Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This client-facing role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and relationship management. You will research potential clients, initiate contact, and maintain consistent communication to drive engagement and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify qualified buyer and seller leads across various sectors using internal tools, LinkedIn, business directories, and other channels.Conduct tailored cold and warm outreach via emails, messages, and calls. Follow up with interested leads to maximize engagement.Schedule and conduct onboarding calls with prospective clients, explain service offerings, and guide clients through the onboarding process. Attend in-person or virtual meetings as needed.Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups. Keep the sales pipeline updated and ensure timely action. Prepare lead summaries, onboarding notes, and pipeline reports.Requirements4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, client onboarding, or B2B outreach.Proven track record of achieving lead or sales targets.Fluent in spoken and written English (Arabic beneficial).Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
