OverviewRole Objective:-The Business Development & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the firm’s market presence within the UAE. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of legal literacy, sophisticated networking, and a "closer" mindset. You will bridge the gap between complex legal services and client needs, ensuring the firm remains a top-of-mind choice for high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation & Market ExpansionIdentify & Convert: Proactively identify new business opportunities in Real Estate, Financial Services, and Corporate Services.Sales Lifecycle Management: Lead the sales process from initial cold outreach or lead qualification to the signing of the engagement letter/retainer.Cross-Selling: Work with the Litigation department to identify dispute resolution opportunities within the existing corporate client base.Strategic Networking & Relationship ManagementClient Retention: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring the firm is their "first call" for all legal matters in the UAE.Ecosystem Building: Leverage and expand a professional network of real estate brokers, bankers, auditors, and government consultants (DED, DIFC, ADGM) to create a consistent referral pipeline.High-Touch Engagement: Represent the firm at key industry events, seminars, legal summits, and Dubai Chamber of Commerce functions.Legal Market IntelligenceCompetitor Analysis: Monitor the local legal landscape to ensure the firm\'s fee structures and service offerings remain competitive.SkillsExperience5-8 years in Business Development/Sales, preferrably within the UAE Legal Sector or Professional Services.NetworkA verifiable "rolodex" of contacts within the UAE’s real estate or financial sectors.CommunicationExceptional command of English (Arabic is a significant advantage for Litigation-related business development).EducationBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
