To support our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and dynamic business controller to join the KONE UAE team. The Business Controller will report directly to the Head of Finance for the KONE UAE region. Position is based in Dubai.The Business Controller will play a pivotal role in business partnering with leadership and business operations, providing insights and analytics to support vital business decisions that help KONE UAE deliver on its goals and priorities. This role is considered the subject matter expert in business controlling and will have the opportunity to act as a key advisor to both finance and business colleagues across the region, as well as ensuring adherence to KONE policies, oversight of annual planning & budgeting processes, monthly forecasting assumptions, and accuracy of actual monthly reporting.This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate to join a team of professionals dedicated to delivering people flow solutions. If you feel you have what it takes to add significant value to this role, then apply quickly to catch this unique opportunity!**Key Responsibilities*** Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders by providing strategic insights and guidance.* Develop a strong understanding of business operations, key processes, and performance drivers.* Analyze industry, economic, and financial trends to support planning and decision‐making.* Ensure accuracy and compliance of all managerial and financial reporting.* Monitor and analyze monthly performance, highlighting deviations, risks, and opportunities.* Deliver clear executive summaries with actionable recommendations and follow-up actions.* Provide financial parameters for planning and forecasting (inflation, FX, salary increases, material costs, milestone lead times).* Validate and challenge business plans to ensure realistic, data-driven targets.* Execute financial controlling activities in accordance with the KONE Financial Control Model* Collaborate with Finance teams and stakeholders to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.**Requirements & Qualifications*** Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain complex financial information.* High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a proactive, self-driven working style.* Excellent understanding of financial reporting tools, preferably Beacon and SAP.* Bachelor’s in accounting or a master's degree in finance (required).* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Controller or similar finance role.* Experience working in a matrix organization is an advantage.* Great dynamic team promoting a collaborative environment.* Total reward elements that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work.* Comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills.* An engaging job with a position description and clear targets.* Regular feedback through performance discussions.* Opportunities for individual development.* Mentoring and coaching programs.* Flexibility, trust, and respect.* Value-based culture, behaviors, and ethics.* Sustainability and innovation.* Working for a successful organization.Chez KONE, nous nous attachons à créer une culture de travail innovante et collaborative, dans laquelle nous valorisons la contribution de chaque individu.
