Foodics has achieved three rounds of funding, with the latest raising $170 million in the largest SaaS funding round in MENA, boosting its innovation capabilities to better serve business owners.The Job in a Nutshell We are looking for a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Specialist with a strong IT and Disaster Recovery (DR) background to support, maintain, and enhance our BCM and IT resilience framework. In this role, youe'll play a key part in ensuring the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions by coordinating DR activities, supporting BCM lifecycle processes, and working closely with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders. Youe'll be involved in DR planning and testing, business impact analysis, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance, while acting as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure resilience requirements are effectively implemented and maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworksCoordinate and support DR planning, testing, and execution in collaboration with IT and technology teamsAssist in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments across business and IT functionsMonitor and track BCM and DR action plans, ensuring timely closure and reporting to managementSupport the development, review, and maintenance of BCP and DR documentation, including recovery strategies and proceduresParticipate in BCM and DR tests, exercises, and simulations, and support post-test reviews and improvement actionsLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure BCM and DR requirements are clearly understood and implementedSupport regulatory, audit, and internal assessment requirements related to BCM and IT resiliencePrepare BCM and DR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management and committee reportingWhat Are We Looking For?4+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery, or IT Risk/Resilience rolesStrong understanding of DR technologies, IT infrastructure, and application recovery conceptsGood knowledge of BCM lifecycle activities including BIA, risk assessment, strategy development, and testingFamiliarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA) related to BCM, DR, and operational resilienceGood skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple prioritiesGood command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage)Note: This role is not open to fresh graduates and requires hands-on experience in BCM and IT/DR domainsWhat We Offer YouWe believe you will love working at Foodics!We have an inclusive and diverse culture that encourages innovation and flexibility in officesWe offer highly competitive compensation packages, including bonuses and the potential for sharesWe prioritize personal development and offer regular training and an annual learning stipend to tackle new challenges and grow your career in a hyper-growth environmentJoin a talented team of over 30 nationalities working in 14 countries, and gain valuable experience in an exciting industryWe offer autonomy, mentoring, and challenging goals that create incredible opportunities for both you and the company#J-18808-Ljbffr
