Explore a diverse range of opportunities with high-potential startups that are scaling globally from the UAE capital.</p><h3>About the Role:</h3><p>This role plays a key part in optimizing HR operations, enhancing documentation standards, strengthening compliance, and improving the overall effectiveness of HR processes within an operational environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Analyze HR operational performance and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and management briefings.</li><li>Support the development, review, and continuous update of HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Assist in preparing HR documentation related to compliance, investigations, and employee relations cases.</li><li>Review HR processes to identify gaps, risks, and non‑compliance issues, and propose corrective actions.</li><li>Support HR planning activities, including workforce planning inputs, process mapping, and HR action plans.</li><li>Coordinate with HR specialists to gather data and ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation.</li><li>Follow up on the implementation of approved HR initiatives and process improvements.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper control and security of HR documentation.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>5-7 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or HR business support roles with the transport or passenger transport industry.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
