The successful candidate will be a key member of our business coaching team and will be responsible for providing the highest quality of service to our clients.ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of the Business Coach is to provide advice, guidance, and support to clients on their business strategies, operations, and marketing plans. The coach should have an in-depth understanding of the industry trends and best practices across different sectors, as well as an ability to identify areas that need improvement within a client’s business model or operations. The coach must also be able to assess the progress made by the client against their goals and objectives set during the initial consultation sessions. The successful candidate should also have excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service, as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities.
