Business Coach for English-Speaking Professionals in Al-Khor, QatarWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Coach to work with our Indian professionals in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help our clients develop their business skills and strategies. You will also conduct group workshops and seminars on various topics related to business management, communication, and leadership. This position does not require prior experience or accommodation, but candidates must have a valid biometric passport. Fluent English speaking skills are essential for this role.ResponsibilitiesConduct one-on-one coaching sessions with Indian professionals to identify their strengths and weaknessesDevelop personalized action plans for clients to improve their business skills and strategiesLead group workshops and seminars on topics such as effective communication, time management, and team buildingProvide guidance on business development strategies and techniquesHelp clients set clear goals and provide accountability to ensure progress is madeStay updated on industry trends and best practices in business coachingRequirementsNative Hindi or English speaker preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldProven experience as a Business Coach or similar role is a plus but not requiredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong understanding of various aspects of business management including finance, marketing, and operationsAbility to adapt coaching style based on individual needs of clientsValid biometric passportSalary: 1400$ per monthIf you are passionate about helping others reach their full potential in the business world, we would love to hear from you!
