Job Description
ResponsibilitiesOversee Business Center operations ensuring hotel standards and procedures are followed.Set up and sell boardrooms arrange appointments meetings and provide secretarial services.Maintain appropriate stock levels for Business Center operations preparing requisitions as needed.Ensure smooth handover between shifts.Assign tasks offer assistance and monitor performance suggesting improvements as needed.Implement and control checklists review and sign the Business Center logbook update activity reports.Issue daily and monthly reports on Business Center activity and revenue.Assist AFOM and FOM in administrative duties including monitoring and preparing forecasts/statistics.Handle guest complaints professionally ensuring satisfaction and resolution.Socialize with guests provide excellent service ensure guest privacy and confidentiality.Keep team updated on outlet timings activities internal changes and competitor offerings.Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel activities/events.Act as a hotel ambassador both within and outside the workplace.Maintain high cleanliness standards use telephone etiquette as per hotel standards.Foster high morale and positive working relationships within the team.Adapt to rotating duties within the Front Office Department.Carry out additional tasks as assigned by AFOM and FOM.Qualifications35 years of experience in a similar role or in business center managementProven leadership skills with experience in supervising and training staffStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business center software and technologiesExcellent customer service skills with a focus on problemsolving and conflict resolutionDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environmentStrong analytical and reporting skillsAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as neededKnowledge of hospitality industry practices is a plusFluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantageRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
