Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 02/02/2026Persian Horizon is building a dedicated Business Brokerage Unit and is hiring a Business Sourcing Executive to identify and source ready-to-sell businesses in Dubai, the UAE, and selected international markets.This is not a sales role.This role focuses on research, outreach, and sourcing, feeding qualified opportunities into our internal pre-qualification and deal teams.Your mission is simple and serious:find businesses that are genuinely available for sale and collect accurate first-level data.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily research to identify businesses for sale using:Online platforms and marketplacesIndustry and local business networksInitiate first contact with business owners or brokersCollect and verify initial deal information, including:Asking priceMonthly revenue and profitReason for saleBusiness location and sectorLegal and ownership status (high-level)Assess whether the opportunity meets basic sourcing criteriaSubmit qualified opportunities to the Pre-Qualification TeamMaintain accurate records of sourced businesses and contact outcomesRequirementsStrong research, sourcing, and communication skillsMust have a car and driving licenseAbility to speak confidently with business owners and intermediariesFamiliarity with the UAE business environment is preferred(Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is a strong advantage)Organized, consistent, and results-orientedComfortable working with daily outreach and follow-upsWhat This Role Is NotNot a sales or closing roleNot a brokerage or negotiation positionNo commission pressure to sellCompensationPerformance Bonus:AED 200 – 400 per qualified business approvedAverage Monthly Income: AED 7,000 – 10,000+ based on sourcing output#J-18808-Ljbffr
