The ideal candidate will bring consulting or in-house experience, leverage BPM tools such as ARIS, and actively facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive process improvements.Minimum 7+ years of experience in process analysis, process re-engineering, or process consulting, preferably in the banking / financial services domainStrong hands‑on experience with ARIS BPM toolsProven ability to run and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholdersExperience working in large, complex global enterprises or consulting environmentsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured process solutionsSupport the end‑to‑end workflow to model, release and publish business processesDocument processes in a form of a BPMN diagram, based on existing process documentation (work instructions, manuals, desktop procedures) and discussion outcomesMaintain transparency on the status of processes (design and rollout status)Thank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
