OverviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.ResponsibilitiesDefine configuration specifications and business analysis requirementsPerform quality assuranceDefine reporting and alerting requirementsOwn and develop a relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integrationHelp design, document and maintain system processesReport on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product teamCommunicate key insights and findings to the product teamConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customerRequirementsPrevious experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality AssuranceA degree in IT / Computer ScienceProven experience in eliciting requirements and testingExperience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and toolsSolid experience in writing SQL queriesBasic knowledge in generating process documentationStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsExperience5-8 YearsBenefitsIqama + MedicalOther SpecificationsShould have excellent Communication skillsShould have worked/currently working in Saudi Bank.
