The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data insights translate into actionable strategies and DataMart's.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to stimulate, analyze, and document business requirements for data analytics, MIS and AI/ML.Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL, Power BI, and other tools to uncover trends, identify gaps, and support decision-making across banking products.Understand and analyze functionalities across retail (cards, loans, accounts) and corporate (trade finance, treasury, payments) banking products.Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for DataMart's by ensuring alignment with business needs.Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.Accountable for delivering and Maintenance of DataMarts pertain to Strategic analytics division.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field.8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.Strong understanding of retail and corporate banking products and processes.Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SAS, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.Experience with Azure DataMart environments is a plus.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
