<div><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a<b>Business Analyst</b>to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams. The role focuses on capturing, analyzing, and translating logistics workflows and system integration requirements - including integrations with<b>CCS, OSS, ZATCA, GACA</b>, and other external entities - into clear, actionable documentation that supports successful project delivery.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements.</li><li>Analyze and document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development and integration teams.</li><li>Support system integration projects, particularly those involving API-based workflows (REST/SOAP) and data mapping.</li><li>Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.</li><li>Act as the liaison between business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.</li><li>Prepare detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and interface documentation using tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, and Confluence.</li><li>Provide analytical support for data-driven logistics workflows, including tracking, customs declarations, and warehousing processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance and consistency across logistics systems and external integrations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a<b>Business Analyst</b>, preferably within logistics, customs, supply chain, or transportation domains.</li><li>Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies — including requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.</li><li>Hands-on experience with system integration projects and API-based workflows (REST/SOAP, data mapping).</li><li>Ability to produce comprehensive gap analyses and clearly defined documentation.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business, vendor, and technical teams effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Lucidchart.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
