A full onboarding programme will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to develop core consulting skills, as well as developing a deep understanding of the sports sector.ResponsibilitiesUndertake research, conduct analysis, draw out insights and synthesise findingsDevelop independent sections of client documents and presentationsContribute to team problem-solving and help develop recommendationsHelp prepare and conduct interviews, workshops and meetingsBuild productive day-to-day relationships with client team membersSupport team planning and process managementSupport Portas business development and internal firm-building activitiesRequirementsExcellent academic recordPrevious consulting experience is highly beneficialHighly numerate, with strong quantitative and conceptual problem‑solving abilityDemonstrate a clear passion for sports and physical activityProactive self‑starter with entrepreneurial mindsetProven leadership skills and ability to thrive in a team environmentHighly proficient in English essential and Arabic beneficialSolid sports industry knowledge is desirablePrepared to work on a global basisCompensation And BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
