This role requires a deep technical understanding of business processes, product management, and excellent analytical skills to align business objectives with technical capabilities.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Work closely with Product Managers and Product Leads to gather and document product requirements.</li><li>Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.</li><li>Liaise with Tech Lead and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure they are understood.</li><li>Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand‑ups.</li><li>Support the technical team in resolving questions and issues during development. Identify and propose improvements to existing product processes.</li><li>Define acceptance criteria and work with QA teams to validate product features.</li><li>Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure product releases meet business objectives.</li><li>Monitor product performance post‑launch and recommend iterations or updates.</li><li>Build dashboards and reports to track product performance and user engagement.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within payments, fintech, banking, or regulated technology environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and digital financial products.</li><li>Experience working in agile product or delivery teams.</li><li>Proven ability to write clear functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.</li><li>Experience working in multi‑country or matrixed organisations is highly desirable.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
