The role will be highly varied and will involve activities ranging from supporting business development and thought leadership activities to project execution.## Duties & responsibilities* Support the development and growth of our practice and contribute to the delivery of our Sustainability, Climate and ESG related services.* Support the client in development of ESG roadmaps and strategies on a variety of ESG related topics.* Maintain knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards including GRI, SDG's, TCFD, IFRS and other relevant frameworks.* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with sustainability objectives.* Conduct comprehensive ESG research and analysis, evaluating a company's performance against industry-specific criteria and standards.* Stay updated on evolving ESG regulations, industry best practices, and emerging sustainability trends, incorporating them into organisational strategies.* Support the team with the development of client proposals for carbon and climate-related services.* Preparation of thought leadership materials in collaboration with other team members and leadership.* Bachelor in Sustainability/Environment-related disciplines or Engineering, Science, or similar.* Master's degree in the above fields is an advantage.* Total Experience – 0-2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome).* Technical skillset - ESG and Sustainability related knowledge and understanding. Ideally in ESG Strategy, Net Zero, SDG's and Reporting Frameworks.* Industry focus - Real Estate, Consumer Goods, Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and other.#J-18808-Ljbffr
