MAster-Works is seeking a talented Business Analyst with a background in AI to act as a bridge between business needs and technological innovation. You will play a critical role in identifying and analyzing business requirements while leveraging AI capabilities to drive smarter decisions, enhance processes, and support strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and AI-related requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes using AI-driven insights.Analyze data trends and support the development of AI models that align with business goals.Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate key findings to technical and non-technical audiences.Support project teams in delivering AI-powered solutions.Conduct user acceptance testing and evaluate the performance of AI tools and platforms.Provide input on product and process improvements through AI opportunities.Conduct market research and competitive analysis, with a focus on AI trends and use cases.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to AI or data science projects.Strong understanding of business process modeling and system design.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools is a strong plus.Proficient in data analysis, visualization tools, and querying languages (e.g., SQL).Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
