As part of your responsibilities, you will work closely with the other Product Managers, client leadership and delivery teams to create roadmaps, write user stories and lead your product teams. You will also be responsible for educating and guiding our clients on industry best practice.ResponsibilitiesYour Impact:Role Purpose: Acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams for Endur and related changes, ensuring requirements are clear, testable and aligned to business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirement elicitation workshops with FO/MO/BO, risk and operations for Endur changes.Document high-quality user stories, process flows and functional specifications.Work with architects and developers to validate solution options and impacts.Support test strategy and UAT by defining acceptance criteria and scenarios.Ensure traceability from business objective to requirement to test case and release.QualificationsYour Skills and Experience:Must have:7+ years as a BA in trading, energy or financial markets.Strong Endur functional knowledge across at least one asset class.Experience writing clear, testable requirements in an Agile environment.Confidence engaging traders and senior stakeholders in workshops.Good to have:Experience with Endur upgrades or large remediation programmes.Ability to analyse data (SQL/Excel) to support business cases.Formal BA training or certification (e.g., IIBA).Set yourself apart with:Stories where your requirements avoided rework or misalignment in complex initiatives.Examples of process improvements you designed around Endur usage at previous clients. with permanent fixes.Additional InformationAdditional Information22 days paid holidayMedical insurance for employee and for familyComplimentary return flight to your home country (if outside UAE)Schooling AllowanceCareer Level: Mid- Manager level#J-18808-Ljbffr
