The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation, along with hands‑on experience working on enterprise-level projects.The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, capable of bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, and should be comfortable working in structured project environments involving multiple business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis documents.Conduct workshops, meetings, and requirement sessions with stakeholders in Arabic and English.Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure accurate requirement understanding and delivery.Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and optimization.Support solution design discussions and validate that proposed solutions align with business objectives.Assist in UAT planning, test case review, and business validation.Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in change request analysis, impact assessment, and requirement traceability.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Strong experience in documentation and creating high-quality project artifacts.Hands‑on experience in enterprise-level / large-scale projects.Strong understanding of:Requirement gatheringBusiness process mappingGap analysisFunctional documentationStakeholder managementUAT supportExperience in preparing:BRDFSD / FRDUser storiesUse cases#J-18808-Ljbffr
