The role requires close coordination with internal business teams, technology partners, operations, compliance, and external vendors to capture requirements, drive implementation, conduct UAT, and ensure successful rollout and adoption.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Transaction Banking / Cash Management.Prior experience in bank-side product transformation or digitization programs is a strong advantage.Understanding of core banking systems (Ex: Finacle).
