Job DescriptionPersian Horizon is hiring a Business Analyst to support our business acquisition and investment platform.This role focuses on financial analysis, risk assessment, and commercial logic. Your work determines whether a business opportunity is approved for investor presentation or declined.This is not a sales or client-facing role. It is a decision-making role based on data and structured analysis.Role OverviewYou sit at a critical point in the deal pipeline, reviewing qualified business opportunities and evaluating their financial strength, risk profile, and investment logic.Your analysis directly influences which businesses move forward to investors.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze SME businesses across multiple sectors, focusing on:Revenue, profit, and margin structureCost and cash-flow logicROI and payback expectationsConduct structured risk assessments, including:Business model sustainabilityOperational and owner dependencyFinancial transparency and data qualityReview market positioning and competitive contextPerform pricing and valuation sanity checksApprove or reject businesses based on defined investment criteriaPrepare clear, structured analysis summaries for internal teamsRequirementsBackground in finance, consulting, business analysis, or investment analysisStrong proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsExperience working with SMEs, acquisitions, or investment evaluationsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to work with imperfect data and still form logical conclusionsFluent English (Arabic is a plus)BenefitsCompensation & IncentivesBase Salary: AED 10,000 - 14,000Deal Bonus: AED 1,000 - 2,000 per business reaching "Ready to Sell" statusAverage Monthly Earnings: AED 14,000 - 18,000+ based on output qualitWhy Join Persian HorizonExposure to real acquisition and investment opportunitiesClear mandate and decision authority within the deal pipelineStructured environment with defined evaluation standardsGrowth potential within an expanding investment platform#J-18808-Ljbffr
