As part of Dautom IT Consultants LLC, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver transformative AI projects. This is a unique opportunity for professionals passionate about business transformation through AI and committed to effective communication.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to uncover and analyze opportunities for AI adoption and workflow automation.Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture and document existing business processes.Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications for AI solutions.Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories tailored to AI initiatives.Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups for AI-driven applications and dashboards, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating AI solution benefits, limitations, and risks.Champion change management efforts and support successful AI adoption across the organization.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.4–6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on exposure to AI/ML projects.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; able to distill complex concepts into business-friendly language.Sound understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to drive business value.Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, documentation (BRDs, user stories), and functional specification.Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and evolving project environment.Preferred QualificationsUAE work experience, with a solid understanding of the local business landscape.Immediate availability (notice period 30 days or less), with a commitment to join on short notice.Experience working on AI/ML adoption and transformation initiatives in large organizations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
