Job DescriptionA Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. The successful candidate brings expertise in analyzing data, understanding client business needs, and liaising between client teams and IT departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role demands excellent analytical skills, strong communication capabilities, and a keen understanding of business process improvement.
