Business Analysis Senior Specialist

<div><h3><b>Job Description</b></h3><ul><li>Collect, evaluate and turn raw data from multiple sources into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound organizational decisions.</li><li>Using Mathematical Modelling, deploy models in a user friendly environment across multiple stakeholders, and provide assessment of the quality of the model and tracking therein.</li><li>Perform detailed machine learning, statistical analysis or operational research analysis of targeted databases for the purpose of opportunity identification/discovery or specific decision making.</li><li>Develop experimental design approaches to validate findings or test hypotheses. Validates own or others analysis using scenario modeling. Identifies/creates the appropriate algorithm to discover patterns or trends.</li><li>The candidate should be involved in the evaluation of tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs and RFQs) and prepare professional proposals.</li></ul><h3><b>Job Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s in computer science or related field.</li><li>4-6 years of relevant work experience in a relevant field is required.</li></ul><h3><b>Skills</b></h3><ul><li>Strategic leadership in data-driven decision making</li><li>Oversight of advanced analytics, models, and decision systems</li><li>Executive stakeholder engagement and strategic communication</li><li>Governance, quality assurance, and performance monitoring of analytics initiatives</li><li>Alignment of advanced analytics with organizational strategy and priorities</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
