Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities</li><li>Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements</li><li>Collaborate with teams such as IT, finance, marketing, and operations</li><li>Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision‑making</li><li>Support project planning, testing, and implementation</li><li>Evaluate solutions to ensure they meet business goals</li><li>Continuously suggest improvements to processes and systems</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>6-8 years of experience in business analysis</li><li>Proven experience leading complex digital or transformation projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.</li><li>Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are an advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
