OverviewRayqube is an experiential technology and spatial design company delivering immersive brand environments across the GCC. As we expand our capabilities, we are strengthening our Retail & Consumer Brand Activation vertical and are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive growth in this space. This role is for an agency or marketing house experienced profile to build B2B relationships, sell, manage and deliver retail, mall activations, pop-ups, cosmetic and consumer brand experiences for clients within the UAE market.You WillLead business development for retail and consumer brand activations for the agencyDevelop and manage relationships with:Mall marketing teamsRetail developersCosmetic & beauty brandsFMCG & lifestyle brandsBrand & retail marketing agenciesDrive new client acquisition and strategic partnershipsCollaborate closely with design, production and tech teams to convert briefs into impactful experiential solutionsRepresent Rayqube in pitches, presentations and client engagementsRequirementsPrior UAE agency and marketing brand activation business development experience is essential.We Will Only Consider Candidates Who Have6–12+ years in brand activation / experiential / retail marketing within the UAE in agencies or creative marketing housesA proven track record of closing activation mandatesStrong existing relationships within the UAE retail and consumer ecosystemExperience working with cosmetic, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG brandsDeep understanding of mall activation formats, pop-ups and retail engagement modelsWhat We’re Looking ForCommercially driven and confident in client-facing environmentsStrong negotiation and deal-closing abilityAbility to translate client needs into experiential solutionsEntrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitudeProfessional presence suitable for premium brand interactions#J-18808-Ljbffr
