Building Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor with strong technical background in multi-skilled building maintenance. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing maintenance work independently while supervising technicians, managing site operations, and ensuring service quality standards. This is a working supervisor role — not office-based.Oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with regulations.Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient and effective task completion and adherence to safety protocols.Handle emergency maintenance issuesSupervise and guide maintenance technicians on siteAssign daily tasks and monitor productivityEnsure work is completed on time and as per company standardsConduct quality inspections after job completionTrain junior techniciansMaintain tools and inventory controlPrepare basic daily/weekly reportsDevelop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections and promptly addressing any identified issues to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.Manage and monitor maintenance budgets, including cost control, vendor management, and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.Client & Operations ResponsibilitiesCommunicate professionally with clientsHandle complaints and resolve technical issues on-siteCoordinate with management for material procurementEnsure safety compliance at all job sites#J-18808-Ljbffr
