Job Description

About the Role: The Broker Officer Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting broker-related insurance operations within the Sales Department (CR - ER - WR). The role ensures accurate processing of broker accounts, supports portfolio growth, maintains regulatory compliance with the Saudi Insurance Authority, and strengthens coordination between brokers, sales, underwriting, and operational teams. This role is open to Saudi Nationals only. Process quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals accurately and within agreed timelines. Support day-to-day management of broker portfolios in line with SLAs and company standards. Assist in onboarding new brokers and maintaining accurate broker account records. Broker Relationship Support Act as a primary point of contact for broker policy and account enquiries. Support sales teams in responding to broker requirements and service requests. Coordinate resolution of service issues with relevant internal departments. Sales & Underwriting Coordination Liaise with underwriting and sales teams to ensure accurate risk assessment and approvals. Align broker requirements with underwriting decisions and operational execution. Support complex or high-value broker requests where required. Monitor broker portfolio renewals and follow up on outstanding actions. Ensure completeness and accuracy of renewal documentation. Support renewal pricing reviews in coordination with underwriting and sales teams. Regulatory Compliance & Governance Ensure full compliance with Saudi Insurance Authority regulations and internal policies. Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and broker activity records. Support internal and external audits and address findings promptly. Reporting & Process Improvement Prepare and maintain broker portfolio reports and performance dashboards. Monitor service quality, operational performance, and error rates. Identify operational gaps and contribute to continuous process improvements. Education & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field (required). Masters degree or professional diploma in Insurance or Business Administration (preferred). 3-5 years experience in broker support, corporate insurance, or insurance operations (minimum). 5+ years experience in broker-managed accounts or corporate insurance operations (preferred). Relevant insurance or operational certifications (required).
