The role requires safe driving, basic vehicle handling knowledge, and good customer support skills.Principal AccountabilitiesRespond to breakdown and recovery calls on timeDrive tow truck / recovery vehicle safely to assigned locationsRecover, tow, or transport broken-down vehiclesAssist stranded drivers in a professional mannerLoad and secure vehicles properly before transportFollow road safety and company proceduresCoordinate with dispatch/control room for updatesCheck and maintain recovery vehicle and equipment dailyRequired QualificationsValid Heavy/Mid light Qatar driving licenseExperience in towing or recovery driving preferredBasic knowledge of vehicle mechanics is an advantageAbility to work shifts and emergency call-outsGood communication and customer handling skillsPhysically fit to handle recovery equipmentWe are committed to fair and equitable employment practices.
