Run Ziina’s social like a core brand channel: bring the strategy to life across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn in close collaboration with the brand and creative leadTranslate brand positioning, launches, and campaigns into platform-native storytelling that feels timely, culturally fluent, and unmistakably ZiinaOperate with a publisher mindset: plan the content calendar, keep it on track, and ship consistently with strong taste and timingBe chronically online (in the right way): spot trends and cultural moments early, decide what Ziina should participate in, and move fast without forcing itTurn cultural insights into content direction: formats to test, series to build, angles to explore, and storylines that can scaleCreate and edit lo‑fi content when needed (phone shooting + CapCut), and know when to upscale to higher productionSupport shoots end to end: prep shot lists, capture key moments, and ensure we walk away with a library of reusable assets (not one‑off deliverables)Support Ziina’s always‑on community surfaces (broadcast channel, WhatsApp, Reddit) with a lightweight cadence and proactive engagement, and turn the best signals into content we shipDrive experimentation and iteration: test hooks, formats, and distribution patterns, then turn learnings into what we do nextTrack performance and share clear takeaways (what worked, what didn’t, what we’re repeating), in a way the team can action quicklyFlex across the wider brand and content pipeline as needed to help ship work faster and better (coordination, adaptations across surfaces, and keeping the details tight)To succeed in this role you like have:3–5 years of experience in social and content for a brand, startup, or creative‑led businessStrong taste and a clear point of view on what "good" looks like — across platforms, formats, and cultural contextsCultural fluency across MENA and global internet culture, and the ability to translate signals into content that feels native, not forcedHands‑on production skills: comfortable shooting on a phone, editing in CapCut, and moving fast with imperfect setupsWorking experience with Sprout Social across publishing, inbox management, listening, and reportingAn organized, action‑oriented work style — you run tight workflows, ship consistently, and take initiative without waiting to be toldA collaborative, high‑integrity approach, comfort on cameraBeen based in the UAE, or willing to relocateWhat would amaze us:You are a content creator in your own right — with a portfolio, social accounts you've helped grow, or examples of viral moments and high-performing postsA proven track record of showing up as a brand voice through proactive engagement that created genuine buzz and word of mouthExperience in consumer apps, fintech, or fast‑growing startups — ideally with a brand that has a strong community or cultural presenceAn eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling, combined with practical use of AI tools to scale output without losing voice or tasteA genuine curiosity about the intersection of culture, creativity, and technologyYou’re fluent in Arabic and EnglisAbout ZiinaZiina’s mission is to bring financial freedom to every person in the Middle East.
