Job Description As a Personal Branding Project Manager at ONFLIT, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects for our clients. Your role will involve developing project briefs, coordinating tasks with teams, reviewing content, managing content distribution across various social media platforms, overseeing social media engagement, brainstorming content ideas, ensuring project timelines, and assisting reporting managers with content production and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop project briefs and assign tasks to the appropriate teams. - Coordinate between freelancers and clients for seamless project execution. - Review content to ensure alignment with client expectations. - Manage distribution of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. - Oversee social media engagement and track project progress. - Brainstorm content ideas for social media engagement. - Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. - Assist reporting managers with content production, repurposing, or other operational tasks. Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or personal branding. - Strong command of English, both written and verbal. - In-depth understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). - Basic understanding of design, video production techniques, and marketing strategies. - Passion for content creation. - Opportunity to work directly with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives. - Continuous learning through company-paid online courses to enhance skills and productivity.
