Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Brand Manager with around 4 years of experience in the FMCG sector. This role will be responsible for building and executing brand strategies, driving growth, and ensuring strong market presence through effective campaigns and consumer engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectivesPlan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital)Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesWork closely with sales teams to drive brand visibility and in-market executionManage product lifecycle including launches, relaunches, and portfolio optimizationCollaborate with agencies for creative development, media planning, and campaign executionTrack brand performance, ROI, and key metrics; optimize campaigns based on insightsManage budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing spendsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain, and financeKey Requirements:4+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industryStrong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamicsExperience in handling integrated marketing campaignsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
