Job Description

<div><p>We are looking for a dynamic and driven Brand Manager with around 4 years of experience in the FMCG sector. This role will be responsible for building and executing brand strategies, driving growth, and ensuring strong market presence through effective campaigns and consumer engagement initiatives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives</li><li>Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital)</li><li>Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities</li><li>Work closely with sales teams to drive brand visibility and in-market execution</li><li>Manage product lifecycle including launches, relaunches, and portfolio optimization</li><li>Collaborate with agencies for creative development, media planning, and campaign execution</li><li>Track brand performance, ROI, and key metrics; optimize campaigns based on insights</li><li>Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing spends</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain, and finance</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements:</h3><ul><li>4+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry</li><li>Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics</li><li>Experience in handling integrated marketing campaigns</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
